What are some things quick, easy and inexpensive thing to do to enforce my car?

This is a 95 Pontiac Trans Am, 5.7 V8 6-speed shifter with a custom cut. Recently I bought a car as a project. The car is a monster and runs solid, but I wonder some things I can do to start building up more. The car already has a cold air intake instead of Ram Air and the team has worked to eliminate the Pontiac Shift Skip place in that year. What other small / cheap things can be done to get more out of this machine? I currently use the higher octane gas available in my area, which is 91 if I remember correctly. Where can I get 93 octane, and needs nothing to do for the engine to support the consumption of this type of gas? The car also has a custom exhaust system
